Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipments
We strive to make your shopping experience with us as pleasant and smooth as possible. In order to do that we will ship your order as soon as we are able to. Normally we ship an order same business day as it is placed, but that will not always be possible and we are asking that you please give us 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. If for some reason we would anticipate a longer processing time on your order or a specific item from your order we will contact you either via the supplied phone or email to notify you of any delays.
Most orders over $100 will be shipped free of charge via standard ground shipping within the continental US. We will ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and US Territories for a small extra fee. Orders under $100 will be charged a shipping rate based upon weight and dimensions. A tracking number or delivery confirmation will be sent to you via email as soon as we ship your order. In order to receive our emails make sure to add our email to your approved sender list, whitelist, and/or address book. You can always check your order status by logging into your account.
Note: If you are offered to purchase insurance but decline to do so, we will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, held, delayed packages.
Some items will be shipped directly from the vendor. Such items will be shipped separately if your order includes other items which are shipped directly from us. Packages which are coming directly from the vendor might have longer processing times. If you wish to confirm where the item be shipped from, our warehouse or a vendor do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to answer your requests.
Free Shipping Exclusions
Some items do no qualify for free shipping. Bulky items are not covered under free shipping.
Signature Requirement
Most orders under $250 will be shipped without signature requirement. We reserve the right to ship any order which we deem requires a signature, signature required. If you want your order to have signature requirement please choose so upon placing the order (additional charges will apply). Most orders with a value over $250 will be shipped signature required. We will be happy to waive this requirement upon receipt of a written request from you either by mail or email. Please contact our support and specify that you wish to have the package delivered without signature requirement, or specify so in the notes while placing the order.
Note: When you waive signature requirement, you are accepting full liability for the package once it leaves our warehouse.
Orders which are signature required cannot be shipped to a PO Box. Your order will not be shipped until we can confirm a physical delivery address with you. When a signature is required it is your responsibility to make sure that the receiving party is available to receive the package.
No Ship Days
We will not ship on all American holidays. We do not ship on weekends. Orders placed during those days will be processed the next business day or as soon as we are able to.
Delivery Problems
Rampire Memory is not liable for shipments which are delayed or undelivered due to acts of god, heavy holiday shipping schedules by the carrier, and incomplete / incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer. We reserve the right to pass to the customer any extra fees incurred due to these problems. Please make sure your information is correct while placing an order. Should your package be delayed while in carriers possession it is the responsibility of a carrier to indemnify any losses sustained by you.
International Shipments
We regret to inform you, but currently we do not ship overseas. We are working on making this feature available to our international customers. Please check back from time to time for updates.
